conclusion of the agreement by the participant is tantamount to accepting its terms presented in the event offer.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;To conclude the agreement by the participant, it is necessary to accept the Store Regulations and Privacy Policy.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;The participant in the event is a participant who has entered into an agreement and\/or other persons listed by them in the reservation system form. The participant has the right to transfer the rights and obligations arising from the agreement to another person and to change the data of the participating persons without changing their number, provided that the substitute persons meet all the requirements necessary to participate in the camp and are qualified for the trip by the organizer. In such a case, the participant undertakes to notify the organizer of this fact no later than 14 calendar days before the start of the event.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;In case of non-payment by the participant within the deadline for the remaining payment after prior payment of the deposit, the organizer charges the participant with fees according to the rules of calculating fees for resigning from participating in the camp described in point 3 of the Cancellation of Participation section.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Der Vertrag kommt dadurch zustande, dass der Teilnehmer die Teilnahme \u00fcber das auf der Website kontrabeach.com bereitgestellte Reservierungssystem erwirbt und eine Anzahlung oder den gesamten Preis f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Camp entrichtet.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Der Abschluss des Vertrags durch den Teilnehmer ist gleichbedeutend mit der Annahme der im Veranstaltungsangebot dargelegten Bedingungen.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Um den Vertrag abzuschlie\u00dfen, muss der Teilnehmer die Gesch\u00e4ftsordnung und die Datenschutzbestimmungen akzeptieren.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Der Teilnehmer an der Veranstaltung ist ein Teilnehmer, der einen Vertrag abgeschlossen hat und\/oder andere Personen, die von ihm im Formular des Reservierungssystems aufgef\u00fchrt sind. Der Teilnehmer hat das Recht, die Rechte und Pflichten, die sich aus dem Vertrag ergeben, auf eine andere Person zu \u00fcbertragen und die Daten der teilnehmenden Personen zu \u00e4ndern, ohne deren Anzahl zu ver\u00e4ndern, sofern die Ersatzpersonen alle f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Camp erforderlichen Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllen und vom Veranstalter f\u00fcr die Reise qualifiziert sind. The participant is financially responsible for damages to items belonging to these entities.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;The participant is financially responsible for damages caused during the camp by minors, their parents, or legal guardians.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;The participant has the right to the services guaranteed by the organizer\u2019s agreement. The participant is entitled during the camp to use the professional assistance and care of the organizer\u2019s representatives.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;By entering into the Agreement, the participant undertakes to:&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with passport, customs, health, and other regulations of the country from which they are traveling and to which they are going. The participant covers all costs incurred as a result of non-compliance with these regulations;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;have valid travel documents: passport or ID card, optionally a tourist visa; the obligation to have a valid travel document also applies to children \u2013 regardless of their age;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;follow the instructions and recommendations of the organizer\u2019s representatives\/employees, necessary for the proper implementation of the concluded agreement;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with the provisions of the agreement regarding possible transport, especially to strictly adhere to the place and times of gatherings;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with internal regulations concerning, in particular, organizational and safety matters applicable to carriers, hotels, and other places where services covered by the agreement will be provided, as well as to comply with the instructions of the personnel of the aforementioned;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with customs and currency regulations applicable in the Republic of Poland and transit and destination countries;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;pay all local fees at the place of stay (e.g., local taxes, tourist taxes, deposits, telephone charges in the hotel room, minibar use, etc.) \u2013 under the penalty of a claim by the organizer.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"&gt;5. The traveler should always behave in a way that does not cause trouble for fellow travelers. Gross violation of the comfort of other participants or failure to comply with this regulation may result in the exclusion of the traveler by the organizer or its representative from further participation in the camp. In such cases, the traveler will organize transport home themselves and cover all associated costs and will not be entitled to a refund of the camp participation fee.&lt;br \/&gt; 6. You acknowledge that Kontra Beach Volley may use for publicity purposes and without prior notification any photograph or video taken of the participant and any statement (whether written or oral) made by the participant.&lt;br \/&gt; 7. On signing up for an event, the participant give permission for Kontra Beach Volley to share his\/her name, email address and phone number with other group members, in order to organise the event. Der Teilnehmer haftet finanziell f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den an Gegenst\u00e4nden, die diesen Einrichtungen geh\u00f6ren. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Der Teilnehmer haftet finanziell f\u00fcr Sch\u00e4den, die w\u00e4hrend des Camps von Minderj\u00e4hrigen, ihren Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten verursacht werden.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Der Teilnehmer hat das Recht auf die im Vertrag des Veranstalters garantierten Leistungen. Der Teilnehmer hat das Recht, w\u00e4hrend des Camps die professionelle Unterst\u00fctzung und Betreuung durch die Vertreter des Veranstalters in Anspruch zu nehmen. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Mit dem Abschluss des Vertrages verpflichtet sich der Teilnehmer zu:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>die Pass-, Zoll-, Gesundheits- und sonstigen Vorschriften des Landes, aus dem er reist und in das er reist, einhalten. Der Teilnehmer tr\u00e4gt alle Kosten, die durch die Nichteinhaltung dieser Vorschriften entstehen; <\/li>\n<li>\u00fcber g\u00fcltige Reisedokumente verf\u00fcgen: Reisepass oder Personalausweis, gegebenenfalls ein Touristenvisum; die Verpflichtung, ein g\u00fcltiges Reisedokument zu besitzen, gilt auch f\u00fcr Kinder &#8211; unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem Alter;<\/li>\n<li>den Anweisungen und Empfehlungen der Vertreter\/Mitarbeiter des Veranstalters Folge zu leisten, die f\u00fcr die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Durchf\u00fchrung des geschlossenen Vertrags erforderlich sind;<\/li>\n<li>sich an die Bestimmungen der Vereinbarung \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche Transporte zu halten, insbesondere sich strikt an den Ort und die Zeiten der Versammlungen zu halten;<\/li>\n<li>die internen Vorschriften, insbesondere in Bezug auf organisatorische und sicherheitstechnische Belange, die f\u00fcr Transportunternehmen, Hotels und andere Orte gelten, an denen die unter den Vertrag fallenden Dienstleistungen erbracht werden, einzuhalten sowie den Anweisungen des Personals der vorgenannten Stellen Folge zu leisten;<\/li>\n<li>die in der Republik Polen sowie in den Transit- und Ziell\u00e4ndern geltenden Zoll- und Devisenvorschriften einhalten;<\/li>\n<li>alle lokalen Geb\u00fchren am Aufenthaltsort zu zahlen (z.B. lokale Steuern, Kurtaxen, Kautionen, Telefongeb\u00fchren im Hotelzimmer, Nutzung der Minibar usw.) &#8211; unter Androhung einer Klage des Veranstalters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Der Reisende sollte sich stets so verhalten, dass er seine Mitreisenden nicht bel\u00e4stigt. Eine grobe Verletzung des Komforts anderer Teilnehmer oder die Nichteinhaltung dieser Regelung kann zum Ausschluss des Reisenden von der weiteren Teilnahme am Camp durch den Veranstalter oder dessen Vertreter f\u00fchren. In solchen F\u00e4llen muss der Reisende den R\u00fccktransport selbst organisieren und alle damit verbundenen Kosten tragen und hat keinen Anspruch auf R\u00fcckerstattung der Camp-Teilnahmegeb\u00fchr.<br>6. Sie erkl\u00e4ren sich damit einverstanden, dass Kontra Beach Volley jedes Foto oder Video, das vom Teilnehmer aufgenommen wurde, und jede (schriftliche oder m\u00fcndliche) \u00c4u\u00dferung des Teilnehmers f\u00fcr Werbezwecke verwenden darf.<br>7. Mit der Anmeldung zu einer Veranstaltung erteilt der Teilnehmer Kontra Beach Volley die Erlaubnis, seinen Namen, seine E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer an andere Gruppenmitglieder weiterzugeben, um die Veranstaltung zu organisieren. Die Geb\u00fchr wird unabh\u00e4ngig von den Gr\u00fcnden des R\u00fccktritts erhoben. <\/li>\n<li>Im Falle eines R\u00fccktritts des Teilnehmers vom Camp wird dem Teilnehmer der Betrag abz\u00fcglich der Kosten zur\u00fcckerstattet:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>im Falle eines R\u00fccktritts mindestens 60 Tage vor Beginn des Camps &#8211; 10% des vollen Camppreises<\/li>\n<li>im Falle eines R\u00fccktritts weniger als 60 Tage, aber mehr als 31 Tage vor Beginn des Camps &#8211; 25% des vollen Camppreises<\/li>\n<li>im Falle eines R\u00fccktritts weniger als 31 Tage, aber mehr als 14 Tage vor Beginn des Camps &#8211; 50% des vollen Camppreises<\/li>\n<li>im Falle eines R\u00fccktritts weniger als 14 Tage, aber mehr als 7 Tage vor Beginn des Camps &#8211; 80% des vollen Camppreises<\/li>\n<li>im Falle eines R\u00fccktritts weniger als 7 Tage vor Beginn des Camps &#8211; 100% des vollen Camppreises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. The obligation to ensure a health condition enabling safe participation in the camp and sports activities lies with the participant.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;By entering into the agreement, the participant declares that, to the best of their knowledge, they are capable of participating in the event, especially in sports activities.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Considering the fact that sports involve the risk of injury and damage, the camp participant assumes the risk of injury and damage sustained during sports activities and declares that they will not make claims against the employees and representatives of the organizer for them.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;The camps do not include participant insurance. We suggest taking out such insurance on your own, e.g., accident insurance.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li>Alle Veranstaltungsteilnehmer nehmen auf eigenes Risiko teil. Die Verpflichtung, f\u00fcr einen Gesundheitszustand zu sorgen, der eine sichere Teilnahme am Camp und den sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten erm\u00f6glicht, liegt beim Teilnehmer. <\/li>\n<li>Mit dem Abschluss des Vertrags erkl\u00e4rt der Teilnehmer, dass er nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen in der Lage ist, an der Veranstaltung teilzunehmen, insbesondere an sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten.<\/li>\n<li>In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass Sport das Risiko von Verletzungen und Sch\u00e4den birgt, \u00fcbernimmt der Teilnehmer des Camps das Risiko von Verletzungen und Sch\u00e4den, die er w\u00e4hrend der sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten erleidet, und erkl\u00e4rt, dass er daf\u00fcr keine Anspr\u00fcche gegen die Mitarbeiter und Vertreter des Veranstalters geltend machen wird.<\/li>\n<li>Die Camps beinhalten keine Teilnehmerversicherung.
