conclusion of the agreement by the participant is tantamount to accepting its terms presented in the event offer.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;To conclude the agreement by the participant, it is necessary to accept the Store Regulations and Privacy Policy.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;The participant in the event is a participant who has entered into an agreement and\/or other persons listed by them in the reservation system form. The participant is entitled during the camp to use the professional assistance and care of the organizer\u2019s representatives.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"&gt;By entering into the Agreement, the participant undertakes to:&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with passport, customs, health, and other regulations of the country from which they are traveling and to which they are going. The participant covers all costs incurred as a result of non-compliance with these regulations;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;have valid travel documents: passport or ID card, optionally a tourist visa; the obligation to have a valid travel document also applies to children \u2013 regardless of their age;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;follow the instructions and recommendations of the organizer\u2019s representatives\/employees, necessary for the proper implementation of the concluded agreement;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with the provisions of the agreement regarding possible transport, especially to strictly adhere to the place and times of gatherings;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with internal regulations concerning, in particular, organizational and safety matters applicable to carriers, hotels, and other places where services covered by the agreement will be provided, as well as to comply with the instructions of the personnel of the aforementioned;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with customs and currency regulations applicable in the Republic of Poland and transit and destination countries;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;pay all local fees at the place of stay (e.g., local taxes, tourist taxes, deposits, telephone charges in the hotel room, minibar use, etc.) \u2013 under the penalty of a claim by the organizer.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"&gt;5. The traveler should always behave in a way that does not cause trouble for fellow travelers. Gross violation of the comfort of other participants or failure to comply with this regulation may result in the exclusion of the traveler by the organizer or its representative from further participation in the camp. In such cases, the traveler will organize transport home themselves and cover all associated costs and will not be entitled to a refund of the camp participation fee.&lt;br \/&gt; 6. On signing up for an event, the participant give permission for Kontra Beach Volley to share his\/her name, email address and phone number with other group members, in order to organise the event. Le participant a le droit, pendant le camp, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l&#8217;assistance et des soins professionnels des repr\u00e9sentants de l&#8217;organisateur. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">En concluant l&#8217;accord, le participant s&#8217;engage \u00e0 :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>respecter les r\u00e8gles en mati\u00e8re de passeport, de douane, de sant\u00e9 et autres du pays de d\u00e9part et du pays d&#8217;arriv\u00e9e. Le participant prend \u00e0 sa charge tous les frais r\u00e9sultant du non-respect de ces r\u00e9glementations ; <\/li>\n<li>disposer de documents de voyage valables : passeport ou carte d&#8217;identit\u00e9, \u00e9ventuellement visa touristique ; l&#8217;obligation de disposer d&#8217;un document de voyage valable s&#8217;applique \u00e9galement aux enfants, quel que soit leur \u00e2ge ;<\/li>\n<li>suivre les instructions et les recommandations des repr\u00e9sentants\/employ\u00e9s de l&#8217;organisateur, n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la bonne ex\u00e9cution de l&#8217;accord conclu ;<\/li>\n<li>de respecter les dispositions de l&#8217;accord concernant les transports \u00e9ventuels, en particulier de respecter strictement le lieu et les horaires des rassemblements ;<\/li>\n<li>se conformer aux r\u00e8glements internes concernant notamment les questions d&#8217;organisation et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 applicables aux transporteurs, aux h\u00f4tels et aux autres lieux o\u00f9 les services couverts par l&#8217;accord seront fournis, ainsi que se conformer aux instructions du personnel de ces derniers ;<\/li>\n<li>respecter les r\u00e9glementations douani\u00e8res et mon\u00e9taires applicables en R\u00e9publique de Pologne et dans les pays de transit et de destination ;<\/li>\n<li>payer tous les frais locaux sur le lieu de s\u00e9jour (par exemple, les taxes locales, les taxes de s\u00e9jour, les cautions, les frais de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone dans la chambre d&#8217;h\u00f4tel, l&#8217;utilisation du minibar, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Le voyageur doit toujours se comporter de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ne pas g\u00eaner les autres voyageurs. La violation flagrante du confort des autres participants ou le non-respect de ce r\u00e8glement peut entra\u00eener l&#8217;exclusion du voyageur par l&#8217;organisateur ou son repr\u00e9sentant de toute participation ult\u00e9rieure au camp. Dans ce cas, le voyageur devra organiser lui-m\u00eame le transport jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 son domicile et prendre en charge tous les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s, sans pouvoir pr\u00e9tendre au remboursement des frais de participation au camp.<br>6. Vous reconnaissez que Kontra Beach Volley peut utiliser \u00e0 des fins publicitaires et sans notification pr\u00e9alable toute photographie ou vid\u00e9o prise du participant et toute d\u00e9claration (\u00e9crite ou orale) faite par le participant.<br>7. The participant is obliged to send a declaration of resignation to the email address: &lt;a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"&gt;info@kontrabeach.com&lt;\/a&gt;.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the participant is obliged to pay the organizer a fee for withdrawal from the agreement collected by the organizer depending on when the withdrawal from the agreement occurred before the start of the event. Les frais sont per\u00e7us ind\u00e9pendamment des raisons de la d\u00e9mission. <\/li>\n<li>En cas de d\u00e9mission du participant du camp, le participant sera rembours\u00e9 des fonds, diminu\u00e9s de :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>en cas de d\u00e9mission au moins 60 jours avant le d\u00e9but du camp &#8211; 10% du montant total du camp<\/li>\n<li>en cas de d\u00e9mission moins de 60 jours mais plus de 31 jours avant le d\u00e9but du camp &#8211; 25% du montant total du camp<\/li>\n<li>en cas de d\u00e9mission moins de 31 jours mais plus de 14 jours avant le d\u00e9but du camp &#8211; 50% du montant total du camp<\/li>\n<li>en cas de d\u00e9mission moins de 14 jours mais plus de 7 jours avant le d\u00e9but du camp &#8211; 80% du montant total du camp<\/li>\n<li>en cas de d\u00e9mission moins de 7 jours avant le d\u00e9but du camp &#8211; 100% du montant total du camp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Si le participant ne se pr\u00e9sente pas sur le lieu du camp, aucun des frais encourus pour le camp ne sera rembours\u00e9.<br>5. The obligation to ensure a health condition enabling safe participation in the camp and sports activities lies with the participant.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;By entering into the agreement, the participant declares that, to the best of their knowledge, they are capable of participating in the event, especially in sports activities.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Considering the fact that sports involve the risk of injury and damage, the camp participant assumes the risk of injury and damage sustained during sports activities and declares that they will not make claims against the employees and representatives of the organizer for them.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;The camps do not include participant insurance. We suggest taking out such insurance on your own, e.g., accident insurance.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li>Tous les participants \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement le font \u00e0 leurs propres risques. data-content=\"&lt;ol&gt; &lt;li&gt;The procedure for concluding an agreement through the reservation system is in line with the definition from art. 2 point 1 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, i.e., these are distance contracts.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;In connection with the burden of art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, when concluding an Agreement for the provision of services in the scope of accommodation, other than for residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, catering, services related to events, sports or cultural events, if the Agreement specifies the day or period of service provision, the User is not entitled to withdraw from a distance Agreement as referred to in this Act.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li>La proc\u00e9dure de conclusion d&#8217;un contrat par le biais du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9servation est conforme \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de l&#8217;art. 2 point 1 de la loi du 30 mai 2014 relative aux droits des consommateurs, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de contrats \u00e0 distance.<\/li>\n<li>En ce qui concerne la charge de l&#8217;art. 38 de la loi sur les droits des consommateurs, lors de la data-content=\"&lt;ol&gt; &lt;li&gt;Complaints can be submitted via traditional mail, email, phone, using the data indicated in point 3 of the General Provisions Section of this Regulation.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Complaints will be considered promptly, no later than 14 days after they are submitted.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;When submitting a complaint, the Customer should provide the following information:&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Name and surname, contact details&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;information about the date of purchase and the order number \u2013 if available&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;description of the product defect, indicating when it occurred.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;preferred method of handling the complaint, e.g., requesting a price reduction or repairing the item.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;4. The Store is liable to the customer under art. 556 of the Polish Civil Code.&lt;br \/&gt; 5.
