Below are the levels with descriptions. When registering for the camp or training, please select the level that best fits you. If you’re between two levels, choose the lower one.

IMPORTANT

If you significantly overestimate your skill level, you will usually be placed in a group below your actual level after the first training session.

LEVELS

  • I’ve just started playing (0–6 months) or never played before
  • I struggle to keep rallies going.
  • I have no background in racket sports.
  • I’m learning the basics and fundamental strokes.
  • I’ve been playing regularly for about a year.
  • I have decent control of basic hits.
  • I still struggle with walls and fast-paced play.
  • I play casual matches and beginner leagues.
  • I’ve played for 1.5 to 3 years. I’m getting better at pace and wall rebounds.
  • I participate in amateur tournaments and sometimes win rounds.
  • I’m developing tactics and learning to read the game.
  • I play regularly and train consistently.
  • I play fluently at a good tempo, defend well, and control rallies.
  • I compete tournaments.
  • I understand advanced tactics and partner dynamics.
  • I’ve played for at least 5 years at high intensity.
  • My technique is solid, and I’m confident in all court zones.
  • I regularly compete with the club’s top players.
  • I often win tournaments.
  • I play in top-tier (1st category) national and/or international tournaments.
  • I have very fast play, full shot repertoire, and strategic mastery.
  • I could be a coach or compete professionally.
