The participant covers all costs incurred as a result of non-compliance with these regulations;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;have valid travel documents: passport or ID card, optionally a tourist visa; the obligation to have a valid travel document also applies to children \u2013 regardless of their age;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;follow the instructions and recommendations of the organizer\u2019s representatives\/employees, necessary for the proper implementation of the concluded agreement;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with the provisions of the agreement regarding possible transport, especially to strictly adhere to the place and times of gatherings;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with internal regulations concerning, in particular, organizational and safety matters applicable to carriers, hotels, and other places where services covered by the agreement will be provided, as well as to comply with the instructions of the personnel of the aforementioned;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;comply with customs and currency regulations applicable in the Republic of Poland and transit and destination countries;&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;pay all local fees at the place of stay (e.g., local taxes, tourist taxes, deposits, telephone charges in the hotel room, minibar use, etc.) \u2013 under the penalty of a claim by the organizer.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"&gt;5. The traveler should always behave in a way that does not cause trouble for fellow travelers. Gross violation of the comfort of other participants or failure to comply with this regulation may result in the exclusion of the traveler by the organizer or its representative from further participation in the camp. In such cases, the traveler will organize transport home themselves and cover all associated costs and will not be entitled to a refund of the camp participation fee.&lt;br \/&gt; 6. You acknowledge that Kontra Beach Volley may use for publicity purposes and without prior notification any photograph or video taken of the participant and any statement (whether written or oral) made by the participant.&lt;br \/&gt; 7. On signing up for an event, the participant give permission for Kontra Beach Volley to share his\/her name, email address and phone number with other group members, in order to organise the event. Kontra Beach Volley will hold no liability for the actions of the group members.&lt;\/span&gt;&lt;\/p&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 finansow\u0105 za szkody wyrz\u0105dzone organizatorowi, innym uczestnikom, hotelom, apartamentom, przewo\u017anikom i innym osobom trzecim. Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 finansow\u0105 za uszkodzenia przedmiot\u00f3w nale\u017c\u0105cych do tych podmiot\u00f3w. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Uczestnik ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015b\u0107 finansow\u0105 za szkody wyrz\u0105dzone podczas obozu przez osoby niepe\u0142noletnie, ich rodzic\u00f3w lub opiekun\u00f3w prawnych.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Uczestnik ma prawo do \u015bwiadcze\u0144 gwarantowanych umow\u0105 organizatora. Uczestnik ma prawo w czasie trwania obozu do korzystania z fachowej pomocy i opieki przedstawicieli organizatora. <\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Zawieraj\u0105c Umow\u0119, uczestnik zobowi\u0105zuje si\u0119 do:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>przestrzegania przepis\u00f3w paszportowych, celnych, zdrowotnych i innych obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych w kraju, z kt\u00f3rego podr\u00f3\u017cuje i do kt\u00f3rego si\u0119 udaje. Uczestnik pokrywa wszelkie koszty poniesione w wyniku nieprzestrzegania tych przepis\u00f3w; <\/li>\n<li>posiada\u0107 wa\u017cne dokumenty podr\u00f3\u017cy: paszport lub dow\u00f3d osobisty, opcjonalnie wiz\u0119 turystyczn\u0105; obowi\u0105zek posiadania wa\u017cnego dokumentu podr\u00f3\u017cy dotyczy r\u00f3wnie\u017c dzieci &#8211; niezale\u017cnie od ich wieku;<\/li>\n<li>stosowania si\u0119 do instrukcji i zalece\u0144 przedstawicieli\/pracownik\u00f3w organizatora, niezb\u0119dnych do prawid\u0142owej realizacji zawartej umowy;<\/li>\n<li>przestrzegania postanowie\u0144 umowy dotycz\u0105cych ewentualnego transportu, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci \u015bcis\u0142ego przestrzegania miejsca i czasu zgromadze\u0144;<\/li>\n<li>przestrzegania wewn\u0119trznych regulacji dotycz\u0105cych w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci spraw organizacyjnych i bezpiecze\u0144stwa obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych u przewo\u017anik\u00f3w, w hotelach i innych miejscach, w kt\u00f3rych \u015bwiadczone b\u0119d\u0105 us\u0142ugi obj\u0119te umow\u0105, a tak\u017ce do stosowania si\u0119 do polece\u0144 personelu ww. podmiot\u00f3w;<\/li>\n<li>przestrzegania przepis\u00f3w celnych i dewizowych obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cych w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz krajach tranzytowych i docelowych;<\/li>\n<li>ui\u015bci\u0107 wszystkie op\u0142aty lokalne w miejscu pobytu (np. podatki lokalne, podatki turystyczne, depozyty, op\u0142aty za telefon w pokoju hotelowym, korzystanie z minibaru itp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Podr\u00f3\u017cny powinien zawsze zachowywa\u0107 si\u0119 w spos\u00f3b nieuci\u0105\u017cliwy dla innych podr\u00f3\u017cnych. Ra\u017c\u0105ce naruszenie komfortu innych uczestnik\u00f3w lub nieprzestrzeganie niniejszego regulaminu mo\u017ce skutkowa\u0107 wykluczeniem podr\u00f3\u017cnego przez organizatora lub jego przedstawiciela z dalszego udzia\u0142u w obozie. W takich przypadkach podr\u00f3\u017cny we w\u0142asnym zakresie zorganizuje transport do domu i pokryje wszelkie zwi\u0105zane z tym koszty i nie b\u0119dzie uprawniony do zwrotu op\u0142aty za udzia\u0142 w obozie.<br>6. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomo\u015bci, \u017ce Kontra Beach Volley mo\u017ce wykorzystywa\u0107 do cel\u00f3w reklamowych i bez uprzedniego powiadomienia wszelkie zdj\u0119cia lub filmy zrobione uczestnikowi oraz wszelkie o\u015bwiadczenia (pisemne lub ustne) z\u0142o\u017cone przez uczestnika.<br>7. Zapisuj\u0105c si\u0119 na wydarzenie, uczestnik wyra\u017ca zgod\u0119 na udost\u0119pnienie Kontra Beach Volley swojego imienia i nazwiska, adresu e-mail i numeru telefonu innym cz\u0142onkom grupy w celu organizacji wydarzenia. The participant is obliged to send a declaration of resignation to the email address: &lt;a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"&gt;info@kontrabeach.com&lt;\/a&gt;.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the participant is obliged to pay the organizer a fee for withdrawal from the agreement collected by the organizer depending on when the withdrawal from the agreement occurred before the start of the event. The fee is collected regardless of the reasons for resignation.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;In the event of the participant\u2019s resignation from the camp, the participant will be refunded the funds, reduced by:&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;in the case of resignation at least 60 days before the start of the camp \u2013 10% of the full camp fee&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;in the case of resignation less than 60 days but more than 31 days before the start of the camp \u2013 25% of the full camp fee&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;in the case of resignation less than 31 days but more than 14 days before the start of the camp \u2013 50% of the full camp fee&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;in the case of resignation less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start of the camp \u2013 80% of the full camp fee&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;in the case of resignation less than 7 days before the start of the camp \u2013 100% of the full camp fee&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;4. In the event of the participant not showing up at the camp location, no fees incurred for the camp will be refunded.&lt;br \/&gt; 5. By the full camp fee, we mean a fee covering all services purchased by the participant.&lt;\/p&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li>Przed rozpocz\u0119ciem imprezy uczestnik ma mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 rezygnacji, tj. odst\u0105pienia od umowy. Uczestnik zobowi\u0105zany jest przes\u0142a\u0107 o\u015bwiadczenie o rezygnacji na adres e-mail: <a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\"><span id=\"eeb-778920-275790\">info@kontrabeach.com<\/span><\/a>. <\/li>\n<li>W przypadku odst\u0105pienia od umowy uczestnik zobowi\u0105zany jest do zap\u0142aty na rzecz organizatora op\u0142aty za odst\u0105pienie od umowy pobieranej przez organizatora w zale\u017cno\u015bci od tego, kiedy odst\u0105pienie od umowy nast\u0105pi\u0142o przed rozpocz\u0119ciem imprezy. Op\u0142ata pobierana jest niezale\u017cnie od przyczyn rezygnacji. <\/li>\n<li>W przypadku rezygnacji uczestnika z udzia\u0142u w obozie, uczestnik otrzyma zwrot \u015brodk\u00f3w pomniejszony o:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>W przypadku rezygnacji na co najmniej 60 dni przed rozpocz\u0119ciem obozu &#8211; 10% warto\u015bci pakietu<\/li>\n<li>w przypadku rezygnacji na mniej ni\u017c 60 dni ale wi\u0119cej ni\u017c 31 dni przed rozpocz\u0119ciem obozu &#8211; 25% warto\u015bci pakietu<\/li>\n<li>w przypadku rezygnacji na mniej ni\u017c 31 dni ale wi\u0119cej ni\u017c 14 dni przed rozpocz\u0119ciem obozu &#8211; 50% warto\u015bci pakietu<\/li>\n<li>w przypadku rezygnacji na mniej ni\u017c 14 dni ale wi\u0119cej ni\u017c 7 dni przed rozpocz\u0119ciem obozu &#8211; 80% warto\u015bci pakietu<\/li>\n<li>w przypadku rezygnacji na mniej ni\u017c 7 dni przed rozpocz\u0119ciem obozu &#8211; 100% warto\u015bci pakietu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. W przypadku niestawienia si\u0119 uczestnika na miejscu obozu, op\u0142aty poniesione za ob\u00f3z nie b\u0119d\u0105 zwracane.<br>5. The obligation to ensure a health condition enabling safe participation in the camp and sports activities lies with the participant.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;By entering into the agreement, the participant declares that, to the best of their knowledge, they are capable of participating in the event, especially in sports activities.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Considering the fact that sports involve the risk of injury and damage, the camp participant assumes the risk of injury and damage sustained during sports activities and declares that they will not make claims against the employees and representatives of the organizer for them.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;The camps do not include participant insurance. We suggest taking out such insurance on your own, e.g., accident insurance.&lt;\/li&gt; &lt;\/ol&gt;  \">\n<ol>\n<li>Wszyscy uczestnicy imprezy bior\u0105 w niej udzia\u0142 na w\u0142asne ryzyko.
