Below are the levels with descriptions. When registering for the camp or training, please select the level that best fits you. If you’re between two levels, choose the lower one. Levels are separated by gender due to differences in blocking styles.

IMPORTANT

If you significantly overestimate your skill level, you will usually be placed in a group below your actual level after the first training session.

WOMAN

Never played volleyball or beach volleyball, or have very little experience

Individuals with moderate fitness who do not participate in sports regularly

Need to learn basic techniques of passing and court movement, and bring plenty of enthusiasm 🙂

Play volleyball or beach volleyball but still lack precision.

Can control the ball and occasionally complete a three-touch offensive play.

Need to improve consistency and reliability in execution.

People who have been training and playing beach volleyball for a few years.

Setting: my sets are often imprecise

Serving: I can serve overhand, I rarely make a serving mistake

Blocking: we usually play without a block

Attacking: Usually I manage to spike the ball with a one-handed attack, but I can’t aim for specific spots on the court

This group is also suitable for players who have played indoor volleyball for many years and want to transition to the sand, or for those with limited beach volleyball experience.

Setting: I bump set fairly precisely and consistently; sometimes I will handset as well when I have a very good ball

Seving: I serve overhand and I can target a specific receiver’s area or a specific spot on the court

Blocking: we rarely jump to block, only when there is a tall girl among us

Attacking: I can attack relatively powerfully from a well-set ball, and sometimes I manage to place the ball where I want with a shot

Setting: I can consistently set well, whether bump setting or hand setting, from a fairly good reception. However, I find it challenging to set accurately when my partner’s reception is poor. Sometimes, I attempt option sets.

Serving: I serve aggressively without making mistakes too often, regularly hitting my intended target area. I approach the service line with the goal of scoring a point.

Blocking: We usually play with a block.

Attacking: I can execute difficult-to-defend spikes or shots even from less-than-ideal sets, and I can attack in specific directions such as down the line and cross-court.

Individuals who in national tour events, with ambitions of regularly qualifying for the main draw.

Setting: I consistently and precisely bump set or hand set, and I’m able to deliver accurate sets even from poor receptions by my partner. I instinctively know when to set wider, closer, higher, or lower.

Serving: I serve aggressively with the intention of scoring points or making it difficult for the opponent to receive, while keeping errors to a minimum.

Blocking: We are always ready to jump for the block, pulling off the net only when the opponent’s set is very poor.

Attacking: I can deliver a powerful spike from a ball set 2 meters off the net, and even from deep sets (e.g., 6 meters off the net) I maintain a full range of attacking options. I can hit in various directions – line, middle, or sharp cross-court.
